Shipping Policy

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

We're unable to deliver to gated free zones, such as Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA), Dubai South, Hamriyah Free Zone and SAIF Zone. If your address is in one of these areas, please use an alternative delivery address.

Delivery Charges

  • Dubai: AED 15
  • Rest of the UAE: AED 25
  • Free delivery on orders of AED 150 or more

Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. For made-to-order sets, delivery is added to your balance payment, and free delivery applies when your set’s total price is AED 150 or more.

When Your Order Ships
Every set is handmade, so dispatch time depends on what you order:

  • Pre-made sets (ordered exactly as shown on our site): ship the next working day after your order is placed.
  • Pre-made design in your custom nail bed size: ships within 1–3 working days.
  • Fully custom designs: ship within 2–5 working days, depending on the design and the number of sets ordered.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. If you order more than one set, all sets ship together once every set is complete. If your order is going to take longer than expected, we'll let you know.

For made-to-order sets, the production time starts once your deposit is paid, and your set ships once the balance is paid. See our Terms of Sale for full payment details.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days, between 9 AM and 10 PM. You'll receive an email when your order is on its way.

Some remote areas of the UAE are only served on certain days, so delivery there may take a few extra days. There is no extra charge for this.

Failed Deliveries
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and your mobile number is active, as our courier will contact you on the day of delivery.

If the first two delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the courier will contact you to arrange a final attempt. If that attempt also fails, your order will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee of AED 25 applies to send it out again.

If you know you'll be unavailable, email us at help@justnaiilit.com before your order is dispatched and we'll hold it for you.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at help@justnaiilit.com within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos or video. See our Returns & Damages Policy for full details.

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email us at help@justnaiilit.com and we'll look into it with our courier. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send you a replacement set at no extra cost.
