Terms of Sale

Just Naiil It ("we," "us," "our") is a brand of Super Logic General Trading FZ-LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order and completing payment does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for any reason, even after payment has been made. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method, except where a made-to-order set is cancelled because the balance has not been paid (see Section 2). It may take up to 7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.
There is no minimum or maximum order quantity. However, please note: the more sets included in a single order, the longer it may take to deliver, as every set is designed in-house. If your order contains multiple sets, all sets must be completed before the order ships together — they are not shipped separately. This also applies if you place multiple separate orders around the same time; each order ships only once every set within that order is complete.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED. No additional fees are added at checkout, other than any delivery charges shown before you pay.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
In the event a price is displayed incorrectly on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets may also be available at checkout — these are made available to you through Stripe, and any terms specific to these payment methods are governed by Stripe's own policies, not ours.
Pre-made sets (ordered exactly as shown on our site) are paid in full at checkout.
Made-to-order sets (pre-made designs in your custom size and fully custom designs) require a 50% deposit before production begins. Once your design and price are confirmed, we will email you a secure payment link for the deposit. Because every made-to-order set is made specifically for you, the deposit is non-refundable once paid.
The remaining 50%, plus delivery, is due within 3 days of us letting you know your set is ready. Your set ships only once the balance is paid. If the balance is not paid within 3 days, we may cancel the order, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. Production & Shipping Timelines

Every set is handmade, so production time depends on the type of order and how many orders we're working on at the time:

Pre-made sets (ordered exactly as shown on our site, no changes): Ships the next working day after your order is placed.
Pre-made design in your custom nail bed size: Ships within 1–3 working days.
Fully custom designs: Ships within 2–5 working days, depending on the design and the number of sets ordered.

For made-to-order sets, these times start once your deposit is paid, and your set ships once the balance is paid.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

If your order is going to take longer than expected, we'll let you know.

Delivery across the UAE typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and your location.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Pre-made sets

If you need to change or cancel an order for a pre-made set, please email help@justnaiilit.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update it or cancel it for a full refund to your original payment method.
Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Made-to-order sets

For fully custom orders, your design is finalized with us via email, WhatsApp, or your chosen communication channel before your deposit is paid.
You have 60 minutes from the time your deposit is paid to request any changes. Please message us through the same channel used to finalize your design.
We will acknowledge your request and confirm whether the change can be made. Changes can only be accommodated if production has not yet started — we cannot guarantee changes once production is underway, even if your request was sent within the 60-minute window.
Made-to-order deposits are non-refundable once paid (see Section 2), and made-to-order sets cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

5. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to place an order with us.
Customers under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to order.

6. Intellectual Property

Our logo, brand name, and original photography/content are the property of Super Logic General Trading FZ-LLC, trading as Just Naiil It, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

7. Design Variance (Made-to-Order Sets)

Every made-to-order set is handcrafted individually, not mass-produced. Because of this, your final set may differ slightly from the inspiration image you shared or the design we've recreated for you — including minor variations in color, shape, size, or design detail. We do our best to match your request as closely as possible, but small variations are a natural part of handmade production and are not considered a defect or fault on our part.

8. Color & Screen Variance
Colors shown on our website may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and device display. Minor color differences of this kind are not considered a defect.

9. Shipping Address & Contact Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, along with an active mobile number the courier can reach you on, at checkout. If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is unable to reach you at the number provided to confirm or correct it, we are not responsible for resulting delays, non-delivery, or additional charges. Re-shipment in such cases may incur additional shipping costs.

If you know you will be unavailable to receive your order — for example, due to travel or an emergency after placing your order — please email us at help@justnaiilit.com as soon as possible so we can hold delivery until you're available.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue relating to your order is limited to the value of the order itself. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

11. Returns, Damage Claims & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any set, whether pre-made or made-to-order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to have been opened or used, you can make a damage claim by emailing help@justnaiilit.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. 12. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
