3. Custom Sizing Photos

If you submit photos or measurements of your hands for custom sizing, these remain within the communication channel you sent them through (e.g., email or WhatsApp) — we do not store or save these photos separately on our devices or website. If we ever need to download a photo to complete your order, it is deleted once it's no longer needed.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with trusted service providers who help us run our business, including:

Our website platform (Shopify), including the tools we use through it to send emails, and any apps connected to it
Our payment processor (Stripe)
Our courier/delivery partner

Other personal information is kept for as long as your relationship with us is active, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe from our mailing list, we keep a record of your email address only so that we don't contact you again.
