Every nail bed is different — even your own two hands often don’t match. For pre-made sets, use our tape-measure sizing guide (in cm) to check your fit against our standard sizes. If it doesn’t match, you can request a custom size through our Made to Order page, and we’ll guide you through everything you need to provide.

Pre-made sets come in fixed sizes (like size M) based on standard nail bed widths. Made-to-order sets are built specifically for you — either the same design as one of our existing sets but in your own custom size/shape, or a fully custom design created just for you.

Yes. We offer fully custom designs through our Made to Order page, where you can tell us what you have in mind. You can also email us at help@justnaiilit.com to get started.

Every made-to-order set is handmade by us, not mass-produced, so there can be small differences in color, shape, size, or detail compared to your inspiration image. We always aim to get as close as possible to what you’ve requested, but minor variation is part of what makes a handmade product handmade.

It depends on what you order:

• Pre-made sets (ordered exactly as shown): usually dispatched the next working day after your order is placed.
• Pre-made design in your custom size: usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
• Fully custom designs: usually dispatched within 2–5 working days, depending on complexity and current order volume.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. 

Delivery across the UAE typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. 

If your order is going to take longer than expected, we’ll let you know.

Currently, we only ship within the UAE.

Delivery within Dubai is AED 15, and AED 25 to the rest of the UAE. 

Orders of AED 150 or more get free delivery.

No, all sets within one order ship together once every set is complete.

We accept payments via Stripe, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets where available.

It depends on your order:

• Pre-made sets (ordered exactly as shown): paid in full at checkout.
• Made-to-order sets (pre-made design in your custom size, or fully custom designs): once your design and price are confirmed, we’ll email you a secure payment link for a 50% deposit. We start making your set as soon as the deposit is paid, and production time is counted from then. When your set is ready, we’ll confirm your delivery address and send a second link for the remaining 50% plus delivery. Your set ships once the balance is paid.

Because every made-to-order set is made just for you, the deposit is non-refundable once paid. 

The balance is due within 3 days of us letting you know your set is ready. 

If it isn’t paid by then, we may cancel the order, and the deposit won’t be refunded.

No. All prices are listed in AED, and no additional fees are added at checkout, other than any delivery charges shown before you pay.

For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on any set, whether pre-made or made-to-order. Please check your fit using our Size Chart before ordering. 

If a pre-made set doesn’t match your measurements, you can request the same design in your exact size.

Email us at help@justnaiilit.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the damage. This also applies if your order arrives incorrect or looks like it’s been opened or used, and covers all order types.

For hygiene reasons, we don’t offer exchanges on any set. If you’d like a different design, you can place a new order with us.

With proper application and care, your press-ons can be worn for up to 1 week. You can extend wear by an additional week using the fresh sticky tabs included in your kit (each set comes with enough for 2 applications), giving you up to 2 weeks of wear in total.

As with any adhesive-based product, individual skin sensitivities can vary. If you experience irritation during wear, remove the set and discontinue use. 

We recommend giving your natural nails a break after 2 continuous weeks of press-on wear — about 1 week off lets your nails breathe and recover. 

Keep an eye on your nails and the skin around them while wearing your set, and if you notice anything unusual, remove the set right away until it resolves.
